Escucha el susurro del alma, que en la corriente te habla, y en su voz delicada,te muestra el camino que abraza.

La vida se acelera sin piedad,una carrera que no se puede ganar, pero en la pausa, en la tranquilidad,
el verdadero viaje va a comenzar.

Cada día trae su afán,
que roba la paz del corazón, mas en tu interior, verás,
una luz guía en ascensión.

No temas cuando el sendero
se vuelva áspero y empinado, tu espíritu es tu consejero,en el silencio, guardado.

No hay vergüenza en detenerse, nada se perderá,
es tiempo de merecido respiro, y de paz, al fin, respirar.

Inhala la calma,
deja ir toda preocupación,
en la quietud del alma,
halla una nueva dirección.

Ve lento cuando lo pidas,
la vida, a veces, es una prueba, nutre tus pasos, tus heridas,y al descansar, la fuerza se renueva.

Con cada paso adelante, suave,te levantarás, para empezar de nuevo,
