Always be kind.
You never know who you could be lifting,
simply with a kind word, a smile or a loving gesture.
You don't always have to feel at your best to extend expressions of kindness, but in doing so, not only are you helping another person, but you are also adding positivity to your own world.
Noticing others needs and acting on them is a form of empathy. When we act on these cues we gain a sense of connection and realisation that we are all vulnerable.
Once we understand this you will be less inclined to judge other people and more inclined to want to lessen the burden that we all carry.
With so many things that are constantly trying to divide us, let's show some solidarity to our fellow beings 
and stand together in kindness and love.

Sea siempre amable.
Nunca se sabe a quién podrías estar levantando,
simplemente con una palabra amable, una sonrisa o un gesto cariñoso.
No siempre tienes que sentirte en tu mejor momento para expresar expresiones de bondad, pero al hacerlo, no solo estás ayudando a otra persona, sino que también estás agregando positividad a tu propio mundo.
Darse cuenta de las necesidades de los demás y actuar en consecuencia es una forma de empatía. Cuando actuamos según estas señales, obtenemos una sensación de conexión y nos damos cuenta de que todos somos vulnerables.
Una vez que entendamos esto, estarás menos inclinado a juzgar a otras personas y más a querer aliviar la carga que todos llevamos.
Con tantas cosas que constantemente intentan dividirnos, mostremos un poco de solidaridad con nuestros semejantes. 
y permanecer juntos en bondad y amor.
