And the thing is that time always remains in the after, if there is any, and if not, we will no longer be able to see it, what is leaving us is life, because life is feeling and feelings are born to be expressed at the time and not they become resentments.
Life goes away to realize dreams, to postpone happiness, to wait for others to change, for parents to reconsider, for children to mature, for siblings to appreciate, for couples to be sincere and for friends to reconsider.
The year is passing and with it the time, to say I love you, to give our forgiveness, to exchange scoldings for hugs and judgments for consideration, to accept our choices to free those we love, to end stories of resignation.
The culprits and all the excuses go away when we decide to start living, because no one fears time when it is in our favor, nor death when what is left is satisfaction, time runs and when we love it stops, it does not stop. Go another year without feeling, without daring to see ourselves in the mirror and start living.

Y es que el tiempo queda siempre en el después, si lo hay, y si no, ya no podremos verlo, lo que se nos va es la vida, porque vida es sentimiento y los sentimientos nacen para ser expresados en su momento y que no se vuelvan re-sentimientos.
Se va la vida para realizar los sueños, para postergar la felicidad, para esperar que los otros cambien, que los padres reconsideren, que los hijos maduren, que los hermanos valoren, que las parejas se sinceren y que los amigos reconsideren.
Se nos va el año y con ello el tiempo, para decir te quiero, para regalar nuestro perdón, para cambiar regaños por abrazos y juicios por consideración, para aceptar nuestras elecciones para liberar a los que amamos, para terminar con historias de resignación.
Se nos van los culpables y todas las excusas cuando decidimos comenzar a vivir, porque nadie teme al tiempo cuando está a nuestro favor, ni a la muerte cuando lo que se deja es satisfacción, el tiempo corre y cuando amamos se detiene, que no se vaya otro año sin sentir, sin atrevernos a vernos en el espejo y comenzar a vivir.

Time is a precious gift from God, and it’s true that we often let it slip by waiting for others or for the ‘right’ moment. But God calls us to love, forgive, and live fully in His grace, not postponing our joy or relationships. We must cherish today, expressing love and forgiveness freely, for we don’t know what tomorrow holds. As His Word says, ‘Today is the day of salvation’ (2 Corinthians 6:2).
