Sometimes,

even though we feel sorry for the things we did, nothing can change them. As pain has already been inflicted, the damage has already been done. It was the time when we felt most powerless, as we were bothered by our own guilt and our own conscience.

And to tell you the truth, having conflict with your own conscience is the hardest conflict you will ever encounter in your life. It is like feeling lost in your own home. Drowning in the ocean, but feels thirsty. Feeling freezing, but hot-burning.

It is true that, no matter how good we try to be, mistakes are unavoidable and, from time to time, we will commit them. No one can ever escape committing mistakes, and no one can change what has happened, but we can learn a lot from them if we will just allow ourselves to be corrected and accept with full accountability the consequences of our actions.

Yes, it is human nature to commit mistakes, but it can’t always be used to justify all the wrong actions we took. Instead, learn from them and grow. That’s how it must be.
